BI/Data Business Analyst

We're looking for a BI/Data Business Analyst to join our Data, Integrations & Analytics team. You'll turn data into clear, actionable insight, helping teams across Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance make smarter decisions.
What you'll do:
- Translate business questions into impactful analytics
- Build engaging Power BI dashboards and reports
- Support and improve data models and reporting
- Solve data challenges and deliver long-term fixes
- Drive adoption of data across the business
- Collaborate with teams to make insight practical and useful
What you'll bring:
- Experience turning data into actionable insight
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Advanced Power BI (including DAX) and Excel
- A problem-solving mindset and collaborative approach
- Bonus: experience with ERP systems (eg D365 F&O) and/or SQL
