Reporting and Systems Team Leader

You will:

• Lead the Reporting and Systems Team to deliver accurate and reliable reports, dashboards and data solutions.
• Manage and optimise SQL Server databases, ensuring performance, security and data integrity.
• Develop and maintain reporting systems, dashboards and automated data outputs.
• Support the development and improvement of the student record system.
• Work with IT, curriculum and support teams to improve systems and data processes.
• Ensure system upgrades, maintenance and backups are effectively planned and delivered.
• Provide training and guidance to staff in using MIS systems and reports.

Do you have experience in Supervising experience?, We are looking for a Reporting and Systems Team Leader to lead the development and delivery of high-quality reporting, dashboards and management information across the College. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills in SQL, SSRS and data systems, combined with experience leading a team in a data or MIS environment., You should have:

• Strong experience in SQL, SSRS and data reporting tools.
• Experience leading or supervising a technical or data team.
• Understanding of MIS systems within education or similar environments.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and work accurately under pressure.
• A degree in Information Systems or a related subject (or equivalent experience).

Salary: £45,559 per annum (Point 41), * 35 days' annual leave plus bank holidays and discretionary days
