About the company

Owner of Scout Recruiting at Scout Recruiting LTD Over 10 years experience Scout Recruiting is a commercial recruitment agency created from a love for an industry that can be known for having a bad reputation. I want to show you the real value you can get from a business when it comes from a place of trust, honesty, integrity and has strong values running through every part of its DNA. My business is built on reputation, word-of-mouth and recommendation. I pride myself on this and know that what I do works. I have been both the customer and the client myself and I work to provide a service that always exceeds expectation. I take a holistic approach to recruitment and I'm not a follower of the industry norm. I look at all areas of your life and business, rather than just the skills required, and work closely with you to find exactly what you're looking for. The long-term results are amazing. My success in recruitment isn't because I'm fantastic at sales or that I'm driven to smash targets because, if the truth be known, I'm not. I've always hated that part of the job and it's not something I do now. My success comes from being able to connect with people. I've placed 100's of people into fantastic jobs within the local area and it's something I'm very proud of.
