Job description

Lead and manage MIS teams covering data, funding, compliance, reporting, planning and systems.

Ensure accurate recording, maintenance and reporting of management information across all services.

Oversee the delivery of timely and accurate statutory and funding data returns.

Develop and improve systems, processes and reporting to enhance efficiency and data quality.
-
Ensure compliance with data protection, confidentiality and audit requirements.
-
Coordinate annual data and reporting cycles with operational teams.
-
Provide high-quality management information and analysis to support decision-making.
-
Manage and monitor service desk activity to ensure service standards are met.
-
Support income optimisation through robust data quality and validation processes.

Act as deputy for the senior MIS lead when required. Line Management

Directly manage MIS team leaders.

Provide leadership, coaching and performance management across the wider MIS team.

Lead recruitment, induction, development, appraisal and wellbeing activities.

Promote effective teamwork, communication and continuous improvement.

Advanced IT skills, particularly in data analysis and reporting.

Experience handling confidential and sensitive information.

Understanding of funding, compliance and audit requirements.

Benefits & conditions
This is a full-time permanent role. Salary expectation is Circa £52,000 along with a host of excellent non-salary benefits.
