Digital Content & Social Media Executive

This role will report directly to the Head of Marketing, with support from the SEO and Website Manager., * Create engaging SEO-focused digital content for our social media channels, website, blogs and email campaigns.

• Optimise existing web content for SEO, GEO & AI purposes.
• Stay on top of social media trends, to keep GOTO's profiles current.
• Assist in the creation/editing of high-quality marketing content, including website content, email campaigns, digital brochures and other printed collateral.

Other Responsibilities

• Create short videos from a library of b-roll for use across our website, social media and other platforms.
• Engage with users who have interacted with our social posts, as well as proactively looking for other content worth interacting with.
• Occasionally travel to events to capture content of our products and services, for use on our social media profiles and website.
• Support with the day-to-day administrative tasks of the marketing department.

As we are a small marketing team, this role will give you a greater understanding of all aspects of marketing - so be ready to build your skills, in a fast-paced creative position., * Proven experience with digital and social media creation, ideally within events, hospitality or a related industry.

• Good graphic design skills, ideally within Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Confidence to get members of the team involved in social content.
• Fast-paced worker with creativity who can think outside the box and then convert those ideas into execution.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail.
• No marketing degree required - just the experience & creativity to prove you can delivery.
